What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before your check-in date without any penalty. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in, a penalty will apply. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
Is this home safe for babies and children?
When it comes to babies and young children, safety is our top priority. It's important to note that the log fire can get quite hot, so supervision is required at all times when it's lit. Always ensure that children are kept at a safe distance to prevent any accidents or burns. Your vigilance will help create a safe environment for everyone to enjoy.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed at Glenview! We welcome up to two pets per household. However, please note that pets are not permitted on the furniture unless covered with a blanket, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets when they go to the toilet. Thank for your cooperation!
